These guys are great. Sent them some hooks I found that fit my RW4, they put them on free of charge. Got the bags I want and turnaround was a week.

old thread but for everyone searching for panniers, I went to their site and found that they customize their panniers to fit your ebike rack. you have to send measurements and such and can choose from various hooks
