Super excited to buy a rad rover six. Easy good simple set up instructions. I got two rides for total 20 to 25 km and parked the bike. Everything done on concrete. Went to ride the bike day three no PAS or throttle.
Have contacted Rad several times with little Hope of getting Bike fixed. Did their brake tes, backwards test and now they're sending me out a new throttle cable and a new PAS cable.
Anyone else have this issue? I'm extremely frustrated as we were leaving for vacation the next week and now I am without a bike in the Minnesota bike trail area.
I purchased a brand new Radcity Step Thru for my spouse July 23. We put 17 miles on her ebike before having the exact same issue. Everything worked with no error codes; but, zero PAS/throttle to rear hub. A bunch of back-forth trouble-shooting with Rad with videos. A new controller fixed it 100% and no other issues since.
