Hi, i have a RAD Power bike, model 2019 in my summer house, and i want to make a protection cover for the wire connectors that are situated under the bike under the pedals, and very exposed to water, stones, and other physical damage..
I know i can buy it, bur does anyone have a DIY suggestion, with measures, i could measure it myself, but i am away from my bike these days, and i want to make it and install it when i am back in my summer house.

The battery tube is about 2" wide
These are the lengths of the exposed wiring.
The area under parallel to the ground is about 3 1/2" long.
Then it angles up towards the front about 4".
I don't know the degree of the angle or how you would attach it.
I have seen them on ebay. maybe refer to the ebay photos and compare to the sizes I have given you.
It is this one i want to make, i just do not have the dimentions.

looks nice. Nylon should hold up well. I have also seen metal ones but who needs the extra weight?
There's always duct tape and re-purposed nylon fabric from a folding camp chair. Sometimes the backs have padding. It should be good enough until you can measure it for an upgrade.

I always keep a bit around for miscellaneous DIY pouches, straps, etc. My last project with one was a quiver for arrows that hangs from my belt.
Also, you could do wonders with a 20-litre plastic bucket (or 45-gal plastic drum, which is much thicker), a jigsaw, and a heat gun, but you'd need to have the bike with you for a proper fit. You can make very effective protective gear with that stuff.

Where is the battery now? Do you keep it at your regular house so you can monitor the charge on it every two weeks or so? (i.e. Not stored at 100% charge, and not allowed to go flat.) Also, temperature-controlled.
