General Chat / Re: Any recommendation for new 20" tires ?
November 01, 2020, 07:25:59 PM
Well, wish there was more choices to choose from but I've decided to go with the following...

- Kenda K-Rad - 20" x 3.3" from RAD, $78 a pair.
- Mongoose fat Tire Bike Tube 2x4 from Amazon, $23.98 a pair
- Mr. Tuffy 3XL Bike Tire Liner from Ebay $44.87  (Amazon was $60.89)

Cheers.

General Chat / Any recommendation for new 20" tires ?
October 31, 2020, 08:39:49 PM
I have a RAD Mini Step Thru 2, it came with 20x3 CST Big Boat tires.  They're fine on dry pavement.
But I ride dirt/gravel trails half the time.

I'm thinking about getting new tires with a bit more off road pattern and good on wet.

Does anyone has recommendation ?  and Where to get them please ?

Thank you in advance.

I bought a torque wrench set but could not figure out how to use it, got frustrated and just tighten it by feel.

Nice!  I just got my Thousand helmet too.  Love it.  That seat looks amazing!  Where did you get your bike stand from?  Is it front and rear wheel?

Got it from amazon.  You can use either front or back wheel but front is easier to use.

I ordered a RadMission back in late August I think, still waiting for it, supposed to be October delivery.

2 weeks after I ordered RadMission, I also ordered a Rad mini step thru2, that came last week.

General Chat / bash guard bent ?
September 28, 2020, 10:47:50 PM
So I just got the Mini Step Thru 2 delivered today.  Noticed that the derailleur bash guard is bent in too much IMO and touching the derailleur.  Is this normal and how it should be ?  Perhaps it got bent in the delivery process.
Should I attempt to bend it out ?  Pls advise.  Thx.

Howdy folks.  Newbie here.  I ordered a Radmission and a RadMini Step-Thru 2 for me and my wife.  I guess I'll get them in October.
Can't wait.  Cheers.
