Any luck getting the bike fixed.  So far I have pretty good service from people at VeloFix....
I have a problem that mine completely broke from the frame of the bike.  I need to get a whole new one so Im looking to see if there is any compatible with this bike because I want to try a different brand than stock.

My Chain Tensioner completely breaks off.  Im in year 2 of owning a radmission HS and this is the second time Ive had the tensioner completely break off....
Any suggestions of a new one I can buy that is compatible with my bike?

Trying to get my RadMission fixed... I was told its probably the controller.
The people repairing the bike are trying to get a controller from RadPowered but its taking a really long time.
So, if possible Im thinking I might just buy an off brand controller but Im relatively new to Ebikes so Im not sure exactly what Im looking for.

If possible Ill ask the repair people if I can buy the alternate part and have them install it.

Because Im not finding the magnet ring and PAS sensor.

The lights on the LED Display seem to be fine but throttle does nothing.
The brakes need some tuning could that be  stopping the throttle from working?

I just had an odd thing happen.
I went to use my RadMission.
The motor isnt  working but power is on.
Now if I petal backwards I will actaully  catch and will give backward momentum for a moment or two......

Any ideas what happened?

Im thinking about adding bike pegs to the back wheels.
Anyone know are the size of bolts on back wheel?

Can anyone direct me to a chain tensioner that would work with the radmission?
Im waiting for RadPowered to reply to my email but with everything right now I think they are fairly busy.

Ive only had my bike about 4-5 months and I decided to try and add the upgrades I got with the bike and Ive had one hex screw strip so not sure what Im going to do about that yet but then this happened.

Take a look at the pictures.
Is this something I can bring to a repair person and they'd be able to easily replace?
