This is interesting! I think our new Rad Mini ST 2 just did the same thing. I had 15 miles on it now 0. I did remove the battery, to save weight during lifting the bike into our SUV, but I wouldn't think that would cause a problem. Any ideas?

RadMini / Rad Mini ST 2 vs Blix Vika+

We had to return our 2 Blix Vika bikes because of horrible service, although they gave us a full refund! We preferred the Rad Mini ST 2 at the time, but they were on Back Order for ever, so we went with the Blix equivalent.
After the return we were able to purchase 2 Rad Mini ST 2 bikes because they then had a reasonable delivery time. Our experience with the Rads is very good! They seem to handle a little better than the Blix, not sure why, but the steering feels is more stable, in my opinion.
I only have 15 miles on one of the bikes now and have experienced a Licking Noise in the back wheel, found loose spokes, Rad was great helping out with this!!
We take these two bikes with us during camping trips.

I've been considering the 2 Rad Mini ST for several weeks now. We had 2 Blix models, Vika +,but had to send them back because of poor Customer Service. This $200.00 Sale came at an opportune time, we just ordered 2 Bikes.

We just ordered 2 Mini ST that will have the smooth Tire Tread. Hopefully they will do the job. We are 80% on hard surface, but will be on mostly Hard Sandy Beaches.

I've seen Discounts on are available on YouTube, i.e. Military/Teacher/Friend Referral/$200.00 off a second Bike/50% off accessories. Also, I've heard that you have to ask for their "Tier 2 level of their Customer Service Dept.

We are ready to order 2 new RadMini ST with several accessories. I've seen on YouTube that a Military/Teacher Discount is available but I haven't been successful contacting Rad to ask how to apply to get them, Any Ideas?
