rad city 4 ..since then something broke in the back wheel .it had to be completely replaced$$$$$$$$$$$

i love this bike but .............i had to replace the rear cassette,chain,derailer,front sprocket , crank sensor and plastic magnetic plate ( broken)crank bearings,pedals,both tires ..back tire  was completely worn out,i ride 95percent paved 5 percent gravel.........i ride it hard but i dont think i would buy another one ..sorry just my 2 cents

it doesnt just slide right in you have to put it above where the battery attaches   and wiggle it in to place i had the exact same problem
