I decided to design my own suspension air forks for 20 inch wheels to match the RadRunner1. These forks are designed so that geometry is not negatively affected on the Runner1 (10mm increase in wheelbase, centre stand can still be used). The steerer tube has been increased to better fit the Runner1's long head tube. I have 2 prototypes for testing in;

Single Crown - RR34SC 20" Wheel

34mm Diameter Black Anodized Aluminium Stanchions

42mm Diameter Magnesium Lower Legs

70mm travel

Air Compression adjustment + Lockout

Weight - 2.04Kg / 4.5Lbs

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Double Crown - RR34DC 20" Wheel

34mm Diameter Black Anodized Aluminium Stanchions

42mm Diameter Magnesium Lower Legs

75mm travel

Air Compression + Rebound adjustment + Lockout

Weight - 2.72Kg / 6.0Lbs

Both forks will come with all fitting parts (crown race, star nut, new shorter conical spacer + additional normal spacers, post mount adapter for brake calliper 180mm). Decals are ready for print to apply to each production fork for shipping.

I'll be posting updates on this forks testing and install.

I have the forks in for testing today. Once they have passed QC tests (about a week from now), I'll be taking orders. Pricing approx. until Testing completed.

PM me with your location and desired fork, if you are interested in one of these forks.

These forks will likely work for the RadRunner+, but I wont have been able to test on that frame.

Is that the case for the radrunner plus? I am thinking of swapping motors I just want to make sure it's compatible.

If the motor cable runs from the brake side, then no go.

Does anyone have the width measurement for a RadRunner rim, is it 80mm by any chance?

Just tested my proto design plug n play sine wave 60v 40A Rad controller kit. Order in Factory.
This unit is modified to L10 motor connector as I have the G06.1000.DC motor installed.
Also coming L10 ready sine wave 60v 45A kit with  UKC-1 display. Order in Factory.

I'd be interested in this controller, as I'm looking at the same 1000w G06 hub to fit a Radrunner . Did you get the hub ready built with the rim and spokes from supplier, or did you get the hub first and then build the wheel? I'm looking for a hub with 20 rim installed.

** Edit - nevermind, found your posts on FB Group Rad Upgrades, with the answers

20x3.0-4.0 is the size I installed on both the 'Runner and the 'Mini ST. Tannus site has them but their sold out. Rad Power website might have them in-stock. Also try a Pedego dealer if you have one in you general area. My Pedego dealer has a wide range in-stock.

Thanks, I've reached out to Tannus for a stock check. I'm based in UK, so no Pedego dealers around me unfortunately.

The slightly wider 'Runner tires are a tad harder to install the liners in.

Hi sc00ter,

I'm interested in the Tannus liner. Did you get the 20" x 1.95"-2.5" liner size? Seems like the biggest tyre width size on the Tannus website for 20 inch diameter size tyre.
