I have a Hyundai Tucson. We have two evokes we would like to haul as well and I know how to weld so I could maybe even modify that motorcycle one to fit two. It doesn't seem like it would be that hard.

I'm pretty picky I guess. I have good gloves already it's just another thing I have to remember all the time. So I would really like the handlebar mitts. Thanks for the advice though

Yeah that's a good idea maybe I will do that. It'll probably cost more in the end but then I would have a trailer at least

Yeah I figured as much. I really don't want to go through all that hassle and I'm pretty cheap to be honest haha

General Chat / Hitch bike rack

I have a 1-1/4hitch receiver, a RR+ and a rad wagon 4. I would really like a hitch rack for them but I have a couple concerns.

Do you think the radwagon is too long to be transported perpendicularly the car?

I can't seem to find a rack that fits a 1-1/4 hitch and have the carrying capacity for two 75 lb bikes.

With the RR+ being a step through I am concerned that there won't be a good spot for the rack to hold onto it. I haven't gotten the bike yet so I can't figure that out.

I guess my only other option is a roof rack but that does not sound fun with a 75 lb bike.

Thanks in advance for any advice

Yeah it gets into the negatives where I'm at in the winter. Also, I just use my bike for a short commute mostly where there are very few turns

RadRunner / Handlebar mitts

It seems like there are so many things that don't work with the RR and RR+. The handlebar mitts was especially disappointing for me. Also, it seems like the mitts should fit fine on it.

Anyway, does anyone have a good alternative? I may just try to buy Rad's and see if I can make them fit and if it doesn't work I can put them on my wife's bike.
