It seems like they must have changed the size. I just bought a rad wagon 4, and a 30.9 seatpost and it was too big. I measured the rad inner seatpost with calipers and it's 30.6 now.
So, I've ordered a new 27.2 post and a 27.2->30.6 shim to try. I'll try to remember to update this here.
