Whow!  What will people think of next.  Do I see a design / build competition?  Thanks for sharing your good ideas.

General Chat / Congrats to Rad

I visited the Rad showroom in San Diego last week while on vacation from RI. Great display of ebike models.  The bike trial ride area is a plus.  While I was there, several customers were taking delivery of bikes, two at a time.
Congrats

RadRunner / Re: Chain slipping while pedaling hard

I Had the same problem..  tried a quick fix myself and realized I did not have the right knowledge to adjust derailleur.  I paid a local bike shop $20 for 15 min job and have had no problems for the last 550 miles.

Rad Modifications / Re: Double your battery life

How would one know when a battery charge is about 80% by watching the charging current?
I charge my rad city battery through a WATTs up meter.  I notice towards the end of a charge the current drops.  Can you suggest a current value that might indicate an 80% charge?   Thanks

RadCity / ECO mode details
August 06, 2021, 08:06:30 AM
How can I get detailed info on how the ECO mode operates on my rad city and what I should see on the display?

I bought the bike in March 2021.   As I ride ( primarily in PAS 2), the mode display shows ECO.  This is good.   Research on the web implies that I should be able to see the power feeding back to the battery from the motor. However, all I see is zeros.

PS:  this bike rides like a dream.  Went together well out of the box.  Only needed a small adjustment to the derailleur by a bike shop.  Have 250+ miles.
Thanks
