I'm looking to buy a high visibility windbreaker that I can add layers underneath depending on temperature. Live in the PNW. Waterproof would be nice, removable sleeves a bonus but not necessary. REI has some nice but expensive ones. Amazon has some at the other end of the scale but hard to tell about quality. Suggestions?

The rainy season is here in the Pacific Northwest. How cautious should I be about riding my Rover 6+ in the rain? Aside from basic safety in riding on wet streets, that is. It doesn't look like the battery is water sealed. What about the displays? If I have to wrap and waterproof everything to have a ride I'm not really interested. I keep it parked in the garage so it is out of the weather when not being ridden.

Don't these racks tend to block tail lights and license plates? Especially with fat tire bikes like the Rover? How do people deal with this? Currently waiting for FedEx to deliver my Hollywood rack from Rad.

Ordered mine on August 12, got the usual delivery date of 9/30. But I got a ship notice on 8/31 and Fedex said it would arrive 9/2. I was going to be gone that day so I filled out a vacation hold on Fedex. Then I got a delivery notice from Fedex it would be delivered 9/7. On that day about 1PM I got a text and email saying my shipment had been delivered. But it had not. Waited until the end of day, still no delivery. Clicked on the "did not receive" link on Rad's website, sent two emails. No response to either yet. Tried the chat-bot on Fedex.com saying it had not been delivered, I got a reply it may take 5-7 days to figure it out. The next day I called Rad about 8:30AM, talked to a person, they said they would pass this to their shipments department. It's 7:30PM now, have not heard any update from Rad or Fedex. Very frustrated. Is this the kind of service I will get if I need a repair, etc? Not as excited about Rad as I was before.
