CNC cutting some foot plates.  Just a test run. I was using UHMW in black this year.  Think I will go back to white.

You can buy a battery box cover... usually made from vinyl or plastic or some other water resistant material... from etsy and maybe ebay or amazon. This would be less expensive and easier to find than a new or used box.
I've seen that lcd gauge sell for $50 used on this site so between the seat post, seat and LCD gauge, you've got your money's worth!
If it were me, I'd remove the forks, lay them on a flat concrete surface, lay a thick board across them and whack the board with a sledge hammer until it looks straight. Sand and paint. Done! I am not a perfectionist though. Honestly, the bent forks probably don't affect the ride much, if at all.

I have a spare controller. I just did the Bolton upgrade.

I have Airtags on both bikes. camper , tractor, and three cars. Pack them in cotton. I use a Tile to occasionally find my phone around the house or shop.  Find My on the computer does not include Airtags that I am aware of and there is no family sharing.

I have four of these. I mounted one on my helmet,  These are ultra reliable and only $50.  The images are quite nice. Also, on power up it starts recording., No start button to mess with. On one I added the GPS overlay.  The others are on my vehicles. Usb powered with a micro SD card. Sorry for the huge link.

You can still get the 2.4v or 3v from the converter.

These are 3v laser line lights. Getting that from 48v down to 3v is a simple buck converter.

Much bigger

Had some scrap HDPE so I replaced the wood on my wagon.  This is textured plastic like cutting board material. Once the holes are lined up then just about any shape or cutout can be created.  I have some DXF files or Cambam if anyone wants them.

Looks like a home  brew to me. Something I would weld up. Pretty small.
