RadRover / Re: Rad rover 6 + handle bar stem.

Yes you can raise your handle bars. I did on my Rover 6+.
Ebay and Amazon all sell handle bar extension's . You just remove the center bolt on the handlebars. Lift the handle bars off. Slip the extender over the stem, tighten. They come with different size rings that you then add to the hight you would like. ( Note: if you make it to high your cables will not reach )
It comes with new longer stem bolt. re attach the handle bars, then just tighten down.
I am 6'2" and it worked perfect for me.  It was easier for me to attach the handle bars to the extension 1st, then slip the extension over stud.

Rad Modifications / Re: Best seat? Suspension seat post?

Best bike seat I have found! comes from Pedego bikes. Looks good and very comfortable.
Comes in black or brown. Usually around $50.
I did find an online store that has them for $49. Free shipping on orders over $80. ( Best to buy two seats )In the hole golf.com, Ph# 1888-733-8383.
They are out of Wyoming so you pay no taxes. For two seats $ 98. total.
As for Suspension post I recommend The Thudbuster ST. ( newest one) best price I have found is on Ebay for around $ 160.
plus free shipping. usually sells for $ 180.  Way better than Suntour.( cost more but worth it!) the Thudbuster will put you closer to your handle bars about an inch.
