I'm thinking of a little scrub with a wire brush on the battery and bike maybe?

So do all those lights look correct?

Brought my battery in last Winter had a sitting in a nice warm spot. Then make sure it was all charged up before I took my 1st ride of the year and now the bike won't register the. Battery and I get this when it's charging. Please see attached photo any help would be nice and I only see this when I hold down the little white button off to the charging scale on the battery. Looking. At? The battery the way the photos. Taken? It's 3 green lights and one red light.

just got an email back from support asking for the following to allow them to send out a new battery:

Information:
-How often do you clean your bike? This includes the frame, mechanical components, electronic components, and connection points
-How/Where is the bike stored?
-How many miles do you have on the bike?

- To replace your battery we'll need an in-focus, well-lit, close-up shot of the charge port that shows there is no evidence of it being short circuited. A short circuited charging port will not happen from a hardware failure and is not covered under warranty. Below is an example photo of an in-focus charge port that has not been short-circuited.




? 1 of the battery electrical connectors on the battery.
? 1 of the battery electrical connectors on the bike.
? 1 of the battery serial number on the bottom of the battery.
* Also type out the serial number, please.

Video 1:
-With the battery on the bike, press and release the charge indicator button on the battery. Show the level of charge. If the battery indicates No Charge, press and hold the battery charge indicator on the battery itself for 5 to 10 seconds.  Turn the bike on and show the charge level on the display. If the bike does not turn on, show that, and the level of charge on the battery.

- On this one I need to see the charger lights and the battery lights in the same picture. In this video, please go through the following process:

Plug your charger into the Battery

Plug the Charger into the wall

Press and release the battery power level button to show the current state of charge on the battery and the lights on the charger.

- Please show the battery plugged into the charger, showing the charger lights, while you press and release the charge indicator button on the battery to show the actual charge level.

UUUUUGGGGGGG I should have found this thread before i bought it, now about an hour into a support call ( still waiting in line) for a brand new rover 6 + that will not take a charge. the light on the charger goes straight to green when it is plugged in.  I have gone over the correct sequence when charging  1. plug into the battery, 2. then the wall, as well as when it was plugged in it is on a smart plug ( tried it with and without the plug) to limit the time it charged.

so up-dated plugged it in last night off the bike, used a smart plug to turn it off after 7 hours, and nothing ( my rad wagon was fully charged).  The odd thing is as soon as I plug in the charger for the Rover 6+ the light is green.  I have only seen the light on that charger green.  now have been on support for almost an hour waiting my turn.   I am hoping against hope I can get this figured out before a big trip next week ( the reason we pulled the trigger on my wife's bike).  Thanks for the assistance!!!

Just put together my wife's rattle over 6 plus and as soon as I plug it in battery 1st then wall the green light goes on on the charging charger and there's no lights on the battery can someone please just tell me the sequence of what should be lighting up when to make sure this thing is charging correct

I have been riding my Wagon since early April to work and back and in MT snow comes and goes.  I will say I do not recommend the chains, they ended up being a total pain in the butt and failed structurally many times. Next winter I plan on electrifying my fat bike for snow months....  My wife will not want hers as "pimped"  as mine....

i have a rad wagon 4 that I ride for my daily and now need to assist my wife in getting her new bike all dialed in.  Please add photos and links of your Rover and what add-ons you like and do not.  looking for some sort of frame bag for the step-through model as well as rear basket options.  Thanks for the great community!  attached is my Wagon!!!

Trying to change out the stock bars for Jones H bars and trying to figure out how to get them on this thing.... see attached..... please and thank you.......

so it ends up that the ABUS Wheel Lock 5650L NR does not fit the RadWagon 4 .  Woudl of been nice to know that at the start but i will use it on one of my other bikes.

My new wagon gets here today!!! I would love to know what did you do as far as mods or accessories.  Basically, the do's and don'ts of being a first-time E-bike owner.  Any and all comments would be Great!

okobojicat i agree with ya, my new RW will be her Monday and I did get the small basket for the front but looking to get some sort of cargo for the back.  I may have to get creative for mounting
