I ordered a Runner the first week of May and got it within a week. But it was in stock. I never had to talk to anybody or leave an email so I can't comment on response time for questions.

How "manly" is it. I showed a picture to a buddy telling him I was thinking about purchasing and he immediately said "why would you want a girls bike"? I did't look at it like that, I was merely thinking a step thru was more convenient.

I just ordered the Runner and it will be here next week. I'm already reading the owners manual to prepare. The manual states: "Always charge your battery in temperatures between 50 °F – 77 °F"

I know cold temperatures kill batteries but how important is it to stay under 77 degrees? I ask because I was planning on charging the battery in the garage. I live in South Florida and my garage temps can easily get to 85 or 90 degrees.

I ordered a RadRunner as a surprise for my wife. It should be here next Thursday, just in time to put it together for the weekend. If she likes it, I'll be ordering a Rover for myself! If she doesn't then I'll just use the Runner. I can't lose
