Thanks for the info on the tubes.I actually threw slime in tube and have done roughly 20 miles on it without a problem.

I have only been on my Radrover a dozen times and just noticed I have a flat on the rear.Luckily it went flat at home not on the road.I am going to see if I can get the tube out to patch it without removing the whole tire.If not does anyone know if I have to go to Rad to get a new tube.Or a better option for a new tube. Not a happy camper right now.

General Chat / Radrover step thru first impressions

Received my Rad yesterday.Put it together this morning.Assembling the bike with a video posted by Rad on YouTube made it a breeze. The bike is a beast. It is big and it is heavy.I am so glad I got the step thru and not the regular Rover.I am not that flexible and truthfully could not imagine trying to get my leg over this thing to mount it.Took it for a ride and the ride was fantastic.I went through the streets and down a dirt trail. It was all good.Very comfortable and pretty quick. If you are waiting on one you will not be disappointed.Just for curiosity.I used a link from this site to get an Amazon gift card.I never received anything.Has anyone else ordered through that route and actually received their gift card or Amazon credit..

Waiting on my step thru.Looks a lot easier than mounting the reg Rover.I hate mounting a big bike.Maybe I am just not that flexible. But I can't wait to be stepping through and not stepping over.

Thanks Ryan..I actually just ordered the Radrover on Backorder and used the link up top for the 50 Amazon card. Not to sure how that works. And just came across that Himiway.Totally agree about the support and reputation of Rad and that is why I decided to go with them compared to some of the other companies. The weight capacity on the Himiway caught my eye at 325 and the Rad at 275.I retired a couple of years ago and packed on the pounds.I am at 255 and hope the weight is not an issue with the Rover. Don't think it will be but the 325 sounds like it might mean a bit more power for my extra weight.

General Chat / Radrover VS Himiway Cruiser

Just for curiosity was looking at the Himiway Cruiser VS the Radrover. The bikes kind of look identical. But i see a bit better of a battery on the Himiway and the bike supports 325 pounds compared to the Radrovers 275.Has anyone had any experience with the Himiway or know if they actually are the same bikes with different badges on them ???
