I ordered a RAD wagon 4 cargo bike and accessories on 18th May and was told it will take 5-8 weeks for a UK delivery from the .eu website.
I received the accessories within 2-3 weeks but it's been 9 weeks and I still don't have a bike.
Frustratingly it had been for a birthday gift and I missed the date.
Has anyone else received a bike to the UK? Or from the .EU site? Lately.
getting worried as I spent ?2000+ and if I order a different bike I'll have to do something with all the accessories.

I see there are some aftermarket center stands out there... does anyone have experience with these or an opinion if they would work with a Radrover?

Before batteries are fulfilled from our warehouse, they have to go through HAZMAT certification and approval to ensure safe shipment, which takes roughly 5-7 business days to complete. Once the certification is approved, your battery can then begin the fulfillment process which takes 3-5 business days for your order to leave our warehouse. Batteries must be shipped via ground transportation, so transit times will vary beyond that depending on your location in the US or Canada. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when the order has left our warehouse, which will include a tracking number from the courier.

I must say the one thing in my experience with RAD buying two bikes in the past year is how responsive customer support is. I?ve never been on the phone more than a handful of minutes before speaking to a rep. Granted not all their representatives are on the A team but that?s true for any company?s customer support. But you seem to be stiff armed by them which is a head scratcher. That?s really unfortunate. Hope things get ironed out for you soon.

I'm having the same problem with my brand new 5. My battery won't charge. I have not got to ride the brand new bike yet
because the battery stays at 4 bars while the charger gives the green light.
I contacted Customer Service. After several days they got back to me and requested several pictures and a video
which I sent to them but I have not heard back from them. Sucks to have a brand new bike that I still haven't
been able to ride and they are dragging their feet.
If they don't replace the battery this bike is useless and I will have to return it along with the $600 worth
of accessories I bought.

But I have read a number of reviews of the bike coming with faulty parts. Battery not working after 1 use, break line broken, non functional, good for a few spins and then quits. Replacement parts being sent out and not helping, or waiting for parts to arrive for long periods of time. But also a number of positive reviews.... but it?s the bad ones that cause concern!
So my question is... is there a problem with this new bike? Rush to produce for high demand equating to more mistakes? Bad parts due to supply issues?
What are the thoughts on this?
