I have a small footpump but after 2,300 miles in ALL weathers within the last year, believe me CO2 is the way. Cheap as chips for an emergency and far quicker to use when its raining with a bitter cold wind blowing it down your neck!!  :)
I also keep a bottle of Slime in my storage box along with a little emergency kit/tools. Visit ebay, spend £20/$25 and you're good to go.
Also watch a few tutorials on how to use the products you buy it will be worth every second if you should need it.

Service & Repair / Spokes..... again
October 19, 2023, 12:44:16 PM
I have a spoke tension meter that is too large to fit the rear spokes on my Radrunner. Any suggestions as to 1 that will fit?... or if tightening spokes by hand, how tight fingertip-wise is too tight/loose?.... as a rough guide.
Thanks in advance

Thanks for your reply. Rad spokes are allegedly 128mm. When I fitted a couple of them I too had to slightly bend them.

Service & Repair / Radrunner rear spokes
October 10, 2023, 12:18:03 AM
Apologies if this has been posted before. My radrunner has broken a spoke or 3 which I have replaced with genuine items. I believe they're 12g 128mm long. I have found a few UK sites selling spokes LOTS cheaper. But there's a few different types/makes eg Sapim.  Has anyone got any experience or suggestions please.
