My bike is at it again... out of the box last year it had an error 30 message and Rad had to replace the controller module. Now, a couple of months out of warranty, I'm getting error 21. I've followed all of the steps on their guide with no effect, at which point I sent an email a week ago, with no reply.
Unfortunately that's not unusual, according to other forum members complaining about the sudden lack of tech support. Given that Rad has seemingly stopped responding to anyone, and that they are unlikely to help me out of warranty... what are my options? Has anyone taken more advanced steps to solve this problem on their own?
