Radster Road / Rear brake squeal

Squeals when applying. Been there since I bought it. I've got 64 miles on it and thought it would have broken in by now. Any body else experience this?

I just replaced stock seat with a cloud 9 cruiser ciser saddle. It has springs and rated as one of the most comfortable.
