I have a RadCity from 2018 and have the small front-mounted basket. Because the original light didn't have a mount once the basket was installed, Rad sent me one of the new, brighter lights that's now standard. To me it seemed light a heavy light for the small mount point and the small bolt, and I could never seem to get it tight enough to prevent the light from falling down or falling backward. I added a lock washer and it helped for a while. But after a year the plastic mount broke. Probably my fault from overtightening, but also it seemed like an engineering flaw to have a relatively heavy light balancing on a small fulcrum made of plastic. I now have a light that works perfectly fine but no good way to attach it to the bike. I've thought about crafting my own housing for the light but I'm wondering if others have had this issue and what solutions they've tried. I'd rather not buy another $40 light, particularly when it has what I perceive to be a design flaw. And when I have a light that works fine. The electrical works fine. It's just the mount.
