Dan - Customer support continues to be one of the main reasons I recommend Rad. Hopefully more companies scale up in the coming years, but it's still hard to know who will be around for the long haul. I am pretty confident Rad will be.

Nothing but positive things to say about my bike so far. Like many others, I chose Rad for my first ebike after doing some research, and was sold on their bikes and customer support. My RadRunner Plus has lived up to the expectations and was well worth the wait. My initial observations are, first, the bike itself is beautiful; it definitely turns heads and it's easy to see why. The suspension and drivetrain were definitely worthwhile upgrades for me also. I look forward to exploring them in various scenarios—but so far, I think it's worth the price for how I want to ride the bike. I imagine I'll explore some accessory options (i.e. baskets or center console, mirrors, etc.), but I'm still loving the bike regardless. I'm sure you'll see an updated photo in the pride and joy section later this year.
