Hello, I have the same problem and in Germany as well.
 My Radwagon4 no longer has any thrust. The starting assistant does not work either. When I push the wheel backwards and activate the starting assist again and again, the wheel "brakes" because of the slight, jerky support.
Have you already found the problem or a workaround?
