I recently reversed the stem on my wife's radmini step-through 2. She was complaining about her arms hurting after her first ride. Her arms had very little bend to them. After adjusting the normal points on handlebar and seat, she was still experiencing pain. After reading a suggestion from @nirdlobkin from an older post, https://www.radowners.com/index.php?topic=175.msg600#msg600 I found I could "reverse the polarity" on this sucker to bring the handlebars closer to her.

I think this did the trick. She hasn't complained about her arms the last few rides. One drawback to this change is when collapsing the bike, the handlebar post does not close as tightly. I don't think it is a major issue but it does cause the collapsed size to increase slightly.

I also think it looks a bit cooler this way, I've thought about reversing it on my radmini 4 but still debating in my head.

If anyone has done this, I would love to know your experiences and see some pics.

I replaced my stock handlebars with 5" riser handlebars that I can adjust back or forwards to my liking.  They have worked out quite well for myself.

Not the best angles to see the handlebars but that's what I had on hand.

That looks awesome. Where did you pick them up? I also dig your saddle bag. Nice bike. Thanks for sharing.

You will have to get creative to make some shims for the lcd display brackets since it isn't the same size.

I didn't get that one because the reach is not really adjustable but may be suitable for other people.
