Rad Rover 5 hardly used or Brand new Rad Rover 6?

I am sure thankful for this forum! I found a beautiful like new Green Rad Rover 5 that comes with a nice 2 bike, bike rack and extras. My dilemma is with this new sale both are $1300. Of course the new Rad Rover 6 has taxes so that's a bit more but almost the same. i'm all new to this and have had Rad Rover Envy for so long!  I just wanted to know what you guys thought would be the right way to go? Should I be worried about the battery on the used bike? It really does seem very well taken care of. Also obviously with the new bike comes a warranty as well. I really appreciate any of you taking the time to help. I look forward to hearing from you.

What brand bike rack comes with the used bike? Some bike racks can cost over $500.00 How many miles are on the bike? What year was it bought new? How old is the battery?
