Here's MAYBE why people outside the US (?) aren't receiving their orders, with no end in sight. I stumbled on it by clicking a small banner on Rad's European site (I'm not in Europe) and then searching Google news for Expeditors International.

The headline is a bit misleading - perhaps change to something like "Cyber Attack Cripples Rad's Product-Expediting Contractor" to be more accurate and forestall possible panics over Rad's systems being hit.
