 So I take my Mini 4 out today, the display lost my odometer miles, and when I turn the bike off the display is still on with no information showing.
I will call Rad tomorrow. Hoping for some knowledge here, last time I called them video almost killed me, ride at 20,lean over the handlebar and record the noise.

So going on 6 hours for a reply. I thought  a cheap bike would be OK. Rad can't respond.

Not a lot of companies are responding that rapidly anymore. 24 to 48 hours for most companies is the norm, and many companies are more than that.

Is the odometer all that's missing? All other info is present?

Just odometer,  code 21 pops up occasionally.
