Old bags adaptor for new back rack

Hi all,

I have bags for my 2 leg power bike that I would like to reuse on my newly acquire RadCity4.  the problem is that the top clips are made for metal bar gage that are much smaller than the ones on the RadCity.  I need and would like to have my bags to fit on both of my bikes.  I am trying to think about the best solution but perhaps someone has already solve this problem.  Any ideas?

Thanks, very nice job!     This effectively give me ideas.  Radpower should have thing designing one as it goes along sustainability as well.  Thanks again
