New tyres

Hi! im from the uk and have a rad rhino  2 years old in september, (the bike not me.) Im looking to replace the tyres with jumbo jim brand and have noticed a 26x4.80 rather than the standard 26x4, the larger size is due to a more bigger tread but should still fit on a 4" rim is this right? or will it rub on the frame/chain? keep safe.

I believe they make them in 4" size so I would go with those. I'd guess 4.8" is going to be too wide.
