Throttle replacement

Hi,

So i bought this radrunner 1, 2nd hand.
The guy that sold me the bike removed the throttle because of dutch regulations.
Ofcourse I want to reconnect one.
I bought one form Amazon, doesnt fit, see photos, bot females.
what cable comes out of the bike that i need to connect it to?
I only see one 3 pin coming out of the bike.
Also got 2 redpins left over.
