Rear breaks not working

Just got my new Rad City 5 and the back breaks are not working. Tried calling Rad but couldn?t speak to a live person. Did anyone else have break problems on the Rad City 5?

You may have air in the break line.  When you activate the break does it attempt to move?

When I squeeze the break handle it does not lock the breaks. There is no break tightness when I squeeze the handle. How do I bleed the air out?

Radpower doesn't seem to divulge what kind of brakes are on the RadCity 5.

This guy explains it generally, but he can't get specific without knowing just what brakes you have.
