Hey folks!  I'm a new owner of a rad rover 6 plus and had a curiosity question about the downward facing, welded on mounting points on the upper A arm of the rear frame?  They're not the ones for the rad racks so...what the heck ore they for?  Thanks in advance!

I'm surprised Rad doesn't provide that information in their manual of the bike.
