It's time to replace the brake pads on my 2020 Rad Rover.   I can find Tectro E10.11 A30 on Amazon but the last number doesn't match and I can't find what that number means or if it's important.  Does anyone know what that number means or as long as it says E10.11  A30 they are correct?

You should be good to go. I purchased this exact set for our RadWagon: https://amzn.to/3iXRJdh

I am considering these ceramic ones. Any advantages or disadvantages? Tektro P20.11 Disc Brake Pads Metal Ceramic Compound, 2 Pack, STB1762 https://amzn.to/3pAM6bb

Interesting that you are considering the Metal Ceramic Compound pads. My bike that I received in April 2021 came with these pads installed. I have 1200+ miles on my bike and need new pads. The installed pads worked well, although they were noisy on the rear brakes. I am satisfied with the P20.11 pads so I'll order them again.

I found this on the TecTro site. https://www.tektro.com/upload/Product/F_20210705110681iXimE7.PDF

Says both the E10.11 and P20.11 works.  Since RAD specs the E10.11 as a spare part so I went with the performance version P20.11. They can't be noisier than what came stock. They also degraded somehow (rain?). I will report back in a few months if someone reminds me.

I just ordered pads for my RR+. We have three Rad Bikes -the 2 Mini's folding brakes are working good (1700 and 3000 miles),  but the rear brake (2700 miles) on the RR+ is impossible to keep in adjustment which is interesting because I primarily use the front brakes then tap on the rears if I need a little more stopping power.   If this does not work I will order the hydraulic calipers that Area 13 promotes.
