Front light flashing

I have a problem with my front light on RadCity 5 Plus Step-Through. I was on my commute home as usual, the light was on and everything was working well until I came to a part of the street that was exceptionally bumpy thanks to ice and the general poor condition of roads in my town. As I was riding through it, my front light suddenly started blinking insead of working normally. I rode home like this, but it was quite annoying, because of the flashing and it didn't light the road ahead well enouch like this.
I tried to fix it, turned the bike on and off, checked the connections, took the battery out, put it back in, but nothing. The light still flashes instead of working normally. Has anyone had this kind of problem or can suggest a possible solution for it other than buying a new light?
