Handlebar Extender for RAD Expand 5

I've been having difficulties finding a Handlebar Extender that will grab onto the RAD Expand 5 handlebar crossbar.  The Handlebar Extender I have I can't get tight enough around the this crossbar.  Has any had any luck with this or does anyone know the actual diameter of this crossbar (see image below).  Any help would be most appreciated.  Thanks!

Local bike shop measured the bar and it is a mere 22mm.  Is anyone aware of a Handlebar Extender that would accommodate that diameter?  Any help would be appreciated.  I tried using electrical tape but the sun just melts the glue so that is not a good option.  I'm hoping that someone makes a Handlebar Extender that would accommodate 22mm diameter.

Well I may have found it on Amazon.  https://amzn.to/3HjLsaR  It comes in on Monday and I will post how well it worked.  Keeping my fingers crossed.

 You might try these if it doesn't work.
I have 6 additional items on my bar, everyone needed something to take up space. I've had to ad a couple wraps of Gorilla tape on the bar for some.

You might try these if it doesn't work.

@Muskie1 - Wow thank you!  This is awesome.  I didn't know you could purchase gaskets separately.  I will share my result with the bar I have on order.  Hopefully that will work otherwise I will consider these gaskets.  Thank you so much for sharing!

The Handlebar Extender was the right diameter for the cross bar on the RAD Expand 5.  See photos below.
