RadWagon Replacement 48v 14Ah 672Wh (2019 or newer) Battery Cradle

UPDATE: Found the battery cradle, Rad Technical Support came thru.  Their Customer Service claimed they do not carry replacement cradles, Technical Support proved they do.  $15.00 + $5.00 shipping.  Takes 4-8 days to get a reply from Rad CS & T/S.

Looking for a battery cradle to securely mount & lock backup Battery on my RadWagon rack.

Rad Power Bikes doesn't support replacement of the battery base/cradle (completely alloof why a supplier won't support ALL components on their bike?). Frustrating!

Thank you for your post. I just ordered two battery cradles from Rad. Wanted 4 but they would only sell me two. Maybe because I just purchased two extra batteries? Plan on paralleling the new battery with the existing battery. We see how it goes. Should fit under the rear rack on wife's runner. Not sure where to put on my rover.
