Rad Rover connector issue

I have 2 Rad Rovers.  One is not powering up unless I disconnect/reconnect the Display connector to the power pack (metal threaded rings to lock).  When I do this, it powers up, but next time, same thing.  It is as if the disconnect, resets something.  Very annoying.  I can replace something, but I need to know what to order.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

It could possibly be the controller.  Which Rover do you have 5 or 6?
Both controllers should be available at AREA13 or electro world bike. 

with the new controller you receive an NEW LCD as well. 

this will boost your torque and increase top speed. 

You can consult with AREA13.  They are good at communicating.
