RadRover Step-Thru 1 (2020) Motor Replacement?

I searched the RadPower site for replacement parts, and conspicuously absent is the motor. When I try to find the specifications for the RadRover Step-Thru 1 bike I can't find them. I *think* it is a Bafang 750W motor, but there is precious little info available on this stuff. My bike mechanic searched and couldn't (easily) find it. He's most worried about the connectors and how to match those.

Does anyone have any info or resources to guide us? My Rover has 4500 miles or so on it, and it looks like the motor died.

We were able to test the motor with a RadRunner that had the same connector, and the motor appears to be fine. Have already tested with two controllers. Next suspect: wiring harness.

I have a Rad rover step thru 1 that quit working at 12750 miles. I bought a new controller up grade kit from area 13. It now has over 16000 miles on it and runs better than new.
