Noob rear wheel assembly question

Hi - first post. I (noob) am putting the rear wheel back on my new Radrunner 2. And based the only order of hardware diagram I can find, I'm a bit concerned I've lost a washer with a right angle index tab for the left/disc brake side. But I'm fairly certain it was not there when I removed the wheel. Would somebody look at the attached photo and tell me if I have all the hardware I need to fasten the wheel to the frame, please?
