Pedal assist syst. problem (RADWAGON-5)

Hi everyone,
I bough my radwagon 5 in sept 2025, I've done 700km on it.
This week, I was riding with my kids and the electric assistance stop working. First, was still working, but no electric force was coming from pedaling. Then, the trottle also stoped working. The only way to get back the PAS was to turn off and turn on the power. I felt that when I braked the PAS was droping or stoping. At the end of the ride, I got a brake sensor error that appear for few sec.

I charged the battery, and the day after the PAS worked correctly for a 5 km. But then in the afternoon I experienced the same problem. I had to pedal very hard to get any force (100W) from the motor.

Anybody have had this problem ? Any idea what it could be ? Thanks!
