RadMini 4 vs, RadMini Step-Thru 2

I have the mini 4 which I bought in 2020 and I'm getting ready to buy the step through. The reason for the steps through for me is the panniers and items I have on the rack making the leg swing a little rough.

  Reason I went with Mini 4 versus ST is the seat post is longer on the 4 versus the ST.  MY S/O has the ST and water bottle cage.  Occasionally I add a  fixed plastic cargo box and the Mini 4 is structually stiffer and  stronger so less of a handle bar head wag with weight in the rear. The ST folds up much neater than the 4 when stowing in a 50Gal tote.
