I installed the 350mm version, along with a Cloud 9 seat (https://amzn.to/31TCUF4), on my 2021 Mini Step-Thru in early summer and this combination worked great to cure my buttaches - definitely recommended, even though I paid $23 more than this sale price and thought it a pretty good deal at the time.  Extremely well-engineered and well-made product and comes with extra spring for extra-people; no other parts needed to buy.

You'll have to install/remove the seatpost a number of times to get it dialed in for your weight and road conditions (adjustment is from the bottom of the post), but once it's set up you'll never have to fiddle with it.

   If you don't get that one I SWEAR by the NCX by Suntour for about $90 from Amazon!!   I ended up returning my FIDO and Cloud9 as I was much more comfortable with the stock RAD seat and the Suntour NCX adjustable post!!  RAD ON!

Getting one's butt dialed-in to suit with a seat and/or post is like buying shoes - you just have to try stuff to see what works best for you individually and yours is a much less-expensive package.  Nice to have so many options to mess with!
