Grinding tingling when I pedal

Hi all 1st post here! I just received my rad 6+ and I noticed when I'm peddling mostly in 7th gear there's a slight tingling/vibration when pedaling.
In the maintenance section in the manual they mention bottom bracket must me lubricated, I've had a bike mechanic look at it and he adjusted the derailer
but the condition still persists, I've got about 30 miles so far and hoping after it broke in it will smooth out, has anyone else experienced this and how do you lube the bottom bracket because that's what I think it is?
Thanks from CO 8)

Make sure the derailleur arm isn't rubbing the chain. Sometimes they get bent.

If your talking about the metal guard around the derailleur I removed it, I'm thinking since the bike so far has about 50 miles on it the knobby tires might be the cause? Time will tell.

No, I am not talking about the guard. The derailleur arm can get bent in shipping. By the way, it's never a good idea to remove the guard. Ever!
