Does Rad Power Bikes go thru Bikes at their factory?

Just was wondering if Rad goes thru the bikes we order before shipping to us?
lots of if information on this site and Very knowledgeable Host in Ryan.
Seems to be a lot of Little Grimlins on Bikes being delivered that could have been caught before shipping out?
Still the best bang for the buck in a quality Bike.
Waiting for two Step thru 3 City any day now.

I highly doubt the bikes are test ridden before being shipped. my motor was shot right from the start. the brakes were also tightly squeezing the disk and needed major adjustment. once things get sorted the bikes are great. they definitely should have better quality control because this stuff can turn away a lot of customers.

My guess is that the motor goes through some quality control but beyond that not much else. As a customer you should expect that with the assembly, adjustments will need to be made. From my experience this is likely to include the rear derailleur, tightening of the spokes, and adjusting the brakes (which in my experience is the most tedious).

Keep in mind that with Covid I'd expect less QC here and especially on the manufacturing side sine they're made in China.
