Rad Rover 5 Winter Flat Tire Prevention Options ?

Has anyone installed tire liners like Mr.Tuffy's on the rad rover 5?
Any issues with them at any p.s.i.?

Looking for flat tire prevention options on a long winter commute that sometimes gets down to -30c.

I've just received but haven't installed yet a set of Tannus Armour inserts.
They arrived yesterday and upon inspection these things look to be the way to go. Very nice and beefy protection and after much research I'm really glad that these are going on the bike. There's a ton of YouTube videos showing installs and impressions after riding.
I bought the combo kit with the smaller tubes. They can be tough to source, I ordered mine from Quietkat.
