They were replacing my controller on my radmini 4 and sent it to the preious owner's address when they were on holiday and it got returned to UPS.
They're not replying to emails that they previously had done

part of the problem here is that technically, the warranty becomes voided when the bike changes hands.

that being said, maybe call if they're not replying to emails?

It's sorted now, original person who ordered the bikes named me and let us change the delivery address
