Seat post clamp -- size?

I want to get an abus nutfix sat clamp lock -- but it comes in two sizes. 28.6 and 30. I don't know which will work with my rad City 5 plus seat post. Anyone know?

I have a 30.0 here that I never got around to fitting. I'll try it tomorrow (Saturday) and let you know how it goes.
