RadRunner 2 vs RadRunner Plus

RadRunner 2 vs RadRunner Plus
I am considering picking up one of these.  The 2 is on sale and seems like a bargain.  I would be giving up gears, suspension fork, fenders, bigger headlight, and the LCD display right?  The 2 looks like it has a nice center stand vs kickstand and a thicker seat.  The 2 is also lighter.  Power and performance they look the same?  I would like the display and fenders and could add those but that eats into the cost savings.  I am looking for a bike I can take fishing and tinker with upgrades on.  I cant find much better for the price given the reputation and warranty.

Hello. I am new to electrical bikes. Just purchased an electric trike for my wife. Now I made up my mind for a Rad runner 2. It seems to be a good first electric bike for me. Except for the gears and accessories you mentioned it is the same bike. Going to rent one this week. Good luck on your choice. As a senior citizen off roads would be minimal.
