Raise handlebars1-2 inches (Radster Trail)

Any good walk-thrus for raising the handlebars on my Radster Trail (large)?

I'd like to gain 1-2" or to the height that current cabling allows.

Suggestions or hints would be greatly appreciated!

Looking at the assembly video. It looked like it is already on the top most position.
Maybe an extender would help?
